Profil des participants

The lifelong learners are selected from a range of professional backgrounds, across various industries and sectors. From international organisations and associations to small owned-companies and consultancies, the Accelerated Management Programme (AMP), the gateway to our Executive MBA, attracts high-potential employees who have been recently appointed as managers as well as experienced professionals who are transitioning from a technical role (ex: engineering, IT) or staff position to a more supervisory or managerial role.

Objectifs de la Formation

The Accelerated Management Programme is a 18-day training for professionals who wish to expand their business functional knowledge and develop insights on cross-functional management principles. The programme offers the opportunity to:
- Understand the challenges in functional areas
- Develop essential theoretical skills and deepen understanding of core business topics
- Gain insights about personal management performance
- Build a network of professional contacts.

Description de la formation

The programme is delivered through 6 core modules of 3 full days (Thursday to Saturday). Each module is completed with an assessment.

Teaching and learning are carried out through a varied schedule of lectures, seminars, workshops and exercises. A comprehensive set of lecture notes is provided for each module and discussion of individual applications and problems is encouraged.

Each module is taught by academics and experts in the field (see Faculty listing).

This eagle-eye overview of management is composed of six core modules:
1. Leadership and Self-Assessment
2. Accounting
3. Finance
4. Strategic Management
5. Marketing
6. Project Management

The programme provides a broad-based, practical introduction to the main concepts and approaches of management, combined with practical insights intended to be immediately applied in the workplace.
